Desolation

This small batch is a big, bitter ode to the West Coast DIPAs of the late 90s & 00s, those that were unapologetically ruinous to the palate. Don’t go into drinking this thinking it’s balanced or fruity. Under the bitter backbone, it’s pine, resin, and a bit of citrus. Drink it and exalt in the ode to the past.
