West Chester Township, Ohio (then Union Township) was founded June 2, 1823. The community was farmed by families like the Moerleins, the Windisches, the Muhlhausers, and the Haucks, who cultivated a legacy of beer making. This “West Chester-style Lager” celebrates West Chester history and its bicentennial.
